Perfume Purses workshop with Carol Blackburn - booking now open!

This July, Carol will be teaching her new Perfume Purses workshop for the first time in the UK, in partnership with the London Polymer Clay Group. Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 July 2017 £180 for two full days (10am - 5pm) £10 discount for first eight bookings Venue: Selsdon Centre, J Sainsburys Complex, Croydon, CR2 8LA About the workshop: During this two day class you will create a handy perfume holder with its own atomizer – designed as a necklace for your favourite scent, or if preferred, it can just be a useful, pretty container. ​ In class you will make several different patterned veneers and blends and learn how to assemble the purse so it can be worn as jewellery or used as an ornament

March LPCG Clay Day is open for booking - come and make tetra beads with Carol Blackburn

Rather belatedly, booking is open for our next Clay Day, which is on 26th March.... just £20 for a whole day of amazing polymer fun! Carol will be demonstrating her novel, hollow "Tetra Beads". If you would like to try them you will need: a plain colour polymer or a patterned cane of your choice, preferably not old scrap clay conditioned to mud pasta machine craft knife tissue blade knitting needle used as modelling tool ruler piece deli paper or similar pin vice and small drill bits Click here to book We'll be having our usual "Show and Tell" table (show off your fabulous creations and troubleshoot your failures!), as well as the traditional slab of Weetabix cake.
