March clay day

It was a busy and sunny day for our latest Clay Day on 26th March.

Lots of lovely polymer people came to play with clay, chat with friends, and learn how to make these unusual tetrahedon beads from Carol.

We had just about enough table space for everyone, and a Show and Tell table groaning with amazingly beautiful and varied creations (see pics).

We were also lucky enough to be able to pick over a huge selection of de-stash polymer tools generously donated by Debbie Carlton. (I got some fab stamps - thanks Debbie!). Plus a sale of some polymer tools from Steph with part of the proceeds going to the LPCG.

Plus the usual library offerings including a huge selection of books, magazines and DVDs.

Our next day is on 28th May and we'll be having a bangle-making demo. It's also our 10th anniversary (woohoo!) so as a special birthday present the May day is just £10.

Oh, and just in case you haven't seen it - Carol will be running her two-day Perfume Purses workshop in the UK (South London) in July this year. Click here for details!
