Travel Advice for July Clay Day

As we are sure you are well aware the Olympics start this weekend. The A501 (Pentonville Road) is a Games Route and delays are to be expected. So make sure you allow extra time for travel if you are driving. If you are travelling by train Kings Cross is expected to be busy but running as normal. The underground will be very busy depending on where you are travelling from. You can find more details and advice at Get Ahead of the Games website

Can we find parking spaces around there, if so, where?

  2. Susan Rimmer says:

There is on street parking on the streets around the Hugh Cubbitt Community Centre. These are not affected by the Olympic Route (at least to my knowledge). I always drive and have never had more than a 2 minute walk from my car to the centre.

I’m driving – hopefully we will have a good run in but if I’m late you know why!! I’m bringing Rosalind Vernon with me too.
